Rudeness at Macy's

On Tuesday I was making a purchase in the home section at Macy's. A woman with an accent aproached the customer service desk and asked the Macy's employee, who was not assisting me, where the "plames" were located.

The employee asked, "The what?" and the customer answered, "The picture plames." The employee said, "Oh the picture frames - they are right over there." (This conversation is not verbatim, but it took about fifteen seconds and the employee was able to very quickly discern what the customer was asking for.)

The customer walked over to the frame display and the employee turned to the woman who was ringing me up and said in a derisive tone, "Yes, all of our plames are over there."  Really?  Mocking customers in front of other customers is very rude and unprofessional. And this was the Macy's in downtown San Francisco - I would have to imagine that the employee is used to dealing with tourists and customers with accents.

Minor Suck/WTF

So, on the way home my friend and I stopped at Wendy's for some sandwiches and such. We pulled up and all of the lights were on, drive through sign was on, etc. It was 9:55 by my phone, so I figured even if they closed early, they'd be open a few more minutes.

No luck. We sat at the speaker until 9:57, then I pulled up to the window. There were two workers standing in full view wrapping up cold stuff. I waved and one guy looked at me, kept wrapping, then moved away. I tapped on the window and noticed the "Open Until 10" sticker. Looked at the clock, saw it was 9:58. The other guy came over and opened the window.

"We're closed. We already turned everything off."

Then he shut the window.

Alrighty then! We just went across the street to Burger King, but I feel slighted. I've managed fast food. You aren't supposed to shut anything down early. =/

Is this worth calling and complaining about? Or am I just being cranky? *lol*
