Specsavers Follow-Up

Following my previous post about the shitty service I got from my local Specsavers, I wrote a letter, sent a copy off to the General Opticians Council, and hand-delivered another to the store in question when I went to pick up my glasses. In said letter, I gave them my email, home address and a telephone number (evenings and weekends only) and asked them to get back to me regarding their complaints procedure and what actions they were going to take.

My husband's on leave this week, and has taken three calls from Specsavers, all made at around 11am. My inbox is empty and all I've had through the post is Christmas cards. Tell me it's not just me seeing the fail here?
