Frustrating service at Arby's

I just remembered this one tonight. It contains more stupidity than really horrible awful service, because in the end, I think everything managed to turn out okay. Still, rather frustrating.

Little bit of back story: About a year and a half ago, I was on a field trip with 40 to 50 other students from my college. We go to a small private school and the college sprang for a trip to see a musical performance at the nearest university. They also sprang for dinner at Arby's beforehand.

tl;dr? Arby's has a really weird way of ringing up multiple orders on one bill, one worker asks a really dumb question, and items are dropped repeatedly.

Abusive train conductor

Yep, abusive conductor plus the train broke down for an hour and a half, which is not unexpected from NJTransit. It's a suck on top of suck. Surprisingly, the train breaking down didn't bother me so much this time, perhaps because I'm used to it.

Those of you in college will sympathize with this one. I think its a HUGE bad_service on the government's part.

I got married July 9th. I did my FASFA application a couple days later. If you're not familiar, the short version is its an application for government assistance so you can get grants and whatnot for school.

They asked for my 2007 taxes, income, etc. Then they asked me for my husband's income. Uhh, I wasn't married in 2007. So I didn't include it.

Fast forward to Tuesday. I got a letter from my school saying my grant would be almost THREE GRAND! I nearly passed out. That would pay for books, tuition, and help out SO much with everything. So I went into the financial aid office for my school yesterday, only to have them tell me that YES, I do have to include my brand new husband's information from when he wasn't even married to me, and that NO, since I'm no longer in poverty, I don't qualify for absolutely anything.

She told me if I'd filled out my FASFA the night before we got married, I would have gotten that money. Wow. Thanks for nothing. :/

I'm SO upset by this. Let me just say though that we are having a hard time paying for school, so this would have been an amazing help. I also understand that it was a little dumb of me to assume I'd get the money, but I wouldn't have even gotten excited if I hadn't been told by a friend of mine that worked in a financial aid office that I'd be fine for this last year because I'd be getting married in between school years.

Blah. :/ Stupid rule.

Edit:
Thanks for the different shopping options, I will check them out! =D
I did go back to Penny's, and had a WONDERFUL clerk help me find a bra that fit and I liked (for the record, 42C, no wonder the 44C - 44DD weren't working eh?)
And yes, today when I went into V.S. and asked if they carried anything with a 44 inch band the sales girl looked me up and down and said "No, we don't carry anything in YOUR size. =P

Friendlys...not so much.

I just got a response from Friendlys and it reminded me of the bad service...

So about a month ago, my husband, stepdaughter and I joined some of my family on the Cape for vacation. We went out shopping, and they decided to eat at the Olive Garden. My husband isn't a fan of there, so he and I went across the street to Friendlys.
