I don't know if this really counts because if I had called or checked online, I would have seen that they were closed. But I [and many others] did not.

I had a very disappointing experience with Spasation when I went in for a manicure on Saturday - called in a complaint on Sunday and was advised that the manager of the location would be in touch with me.
I've never called in to complain about something before, so I'm just wondering what kind of time frame I should give the manager to get back to me before I call the customer service line again. I'm not expecting the manager to not contact me, I just want to know the time frame and steps to follow in advance!
