Regis salon - orangeburg SC ruined hair

went to the salon & asked for an experienced colorist . The gave me regina brown , she said she knew what she was doing with long hair like mine.

I wanted my own color whith was sun faded looking & naturally gold colored tamed down , well actually colored into beige blonde ..I made her aware several times i didnt want any brassiness or red/orage coloring to my hair& that i also wanted low-lights in my own color to match with any new growth.

Well , once she slapped the dye in she left me & continued to take care of other people while i sat. I had to remind her that the timer went off , once my hair was rinsed out it was/stil is bright orange. I said to her that it was orange & what needs to be done to fix it , she said i was crazy , that it was blonde.
I called the maager & came back in to see about having it corrected , well the other colorist said it wasnt fixable..well if i chose to have it colored again that my hair would be very damaged & most likely break off.
it took me over 5 years ti get hair down to my waist & they refuse to give me a refund.
i have no lowlites in my color , just bright red ones & im stuck with orange hair unless i color it brown ..which would look horrible & they refuse to refund me

Dear Toshiba "Tech support",

I was very wary about buying a toshiba laptop, as I had been so happy with Acer and their wonderful tech support, you have only cemented my displeasure after our phone call today.

My beautiful 1 month old laptop decided today that it would no longer recognize that I had a dvd drive, instead it reverted to a cd drive and me, being so untechnologically savvy, had no clue what was wrong. It has a multi drive doesn't it? So it should do both yes?

I called your tech support line in hopes that maybe I could get some instructions on what I could do..

Instead I am met with "take it to a service center". I'm sorry? But whats wrong with it? "Take it to a service center". ...That is over an hour away? "Take it to a service center!"

You were unable to offer me any sort of insight as to what was wrong, or anything I could do on my end to possibly fix this problem. Instead I must drive an hour to the closest center, leave my new laptop which I NEED to work everyday with someone who may be able to fix it in a whopping 10 minutes!

Oh..whats that? "Install the drivers again" Why THANK YOU.. after being on the phone for 15 minutes and you telling me a total of five times to take it to a service center you finally offer me another option! Why the HELL didn't you do that in the first place!?

Rude Shoe Guy

So my sister's best friend is having a Quincenera this summer. (For those who don't know what that is, it is an elaborate fifteenth birthday party for a girl.) My sister is going to be in the Quincenera, and she and a few other girls are going to be wearing matching dresses and shoes and having similar hairstyles, kind of like bridesmaids. So my mom went with my sister, the other parents, the other girls in the ceremony and the to-be birthday girl to the store.

Everything was going fine. The store was an evening gown place, but it was more geared towards formal parties, proms, Quinceneras, ect. While everyone was being fitted for the dresses, my mom saw some shoes she liked in another section of the store and began to browse. She actually planned on buying two or three pairs. She saw the Shoe Guy go up the stairs, and saw that there were different styles and colors of shoes displayed on the stairs. The room the stairs led to looked like a different part of the shop. She began to walk up, and when the guy walked down he gave her a nasty stare.

M= My mom
Shoe Guy= SG

M: I like some of the shoes on the stairs. Are there more shoes in the room up there?
SG: (rudely) No! Those are just bigger sizes. There are no different kinds of shoes up there, you can't go up there.
M: Chill out.

Then my mom walked away. Guess he lost a sale.
