Shoppers Home Health, thanks for ...?

This isn't a huge deal but it could have been if I were further along in my pregnancy. I'm 5 1/2 months pregnant with twins and the babies seem to be getting heavier every day to the point where my back is starting to buckle a bit. My doctor suggested I get a "best cradle" pregnancy's this unsexy belt that slings over your shoulders and under the belly to relieve the body of the weight of the babies, designed for twin pregnancies. Hey, I'll take one of those! :)

My boyfriend and I went straight to Shoppers Home Health after my appointment with the doctor and this woman was helping me, going through her order book and said that she'd order it right away and it should be ready within 10 business days. No problem. That was 13 days ago, so I thought I'd give them a call to find out the status. The same woman who helped me said "Oh yeah you ordered the best cradle belt, I remember you. I'm going to have to call you back, I'll find out what's going on." That was 9am this morning.

6pm tonight, the phone rings and my boyfriend answered. Instead of speaking to me (I think she was afraid of getting shat on) she said "We're ordering the belt for her right now. It'll be ready in ten days"

Uh...huh. Ok not a huge deal but what about an explanation or apology??? Good thing I have an excellent chiropractor to tide me over in the meantime!
