Is anyone here a Cricket Wireless user? I'm trying to cancel my account, which requires talking to a live body, and none of the options in their stupid automated message will give me one. By some grace of God, I got to wait for a representative n the second call, but I was hung up on after a 30 minute wait. I pulled another number from their website and got a REAL person who spoke English without any sort of heavy accent (WOW!), but she said she couldn't help me, and that I'd be stuck dealing with the 1-800-CRICKET number again.

I tried going to an authorized store yesterday, but got slapped down with that stupid 1-800 number.

I can say with a fair amount of confidence that Cricket is the shittiest phone company to deal with. :(
