Just an annoyance, not so much a complaint.

To whom it may concern:

First I would like to say that I am loyal Online Retailer Prime customer.  I've never had a problem with any of my orders until now.

As a former Online Retailer associate, I am quite familiar with the standards of quality to which you hold your associates.  That being said, I must say that I am quite disappointed with the condition of a box set that I recently ordered.  The box itself has at least 3 crushed corners and looks like it was dropped several times before it was shipped to me.  I would not have shipped this box set out.  I should hope that your associates take pride in the quality of product that they handle and send to your customers.

I am not asking for a refund nor to replace the item in question.  I know how much hassle is involved and how much money it costs the company.  All I'm asking is that your current quality standards be reviewed with the associates at the facility my order originated in.

You do not have to worry about losing me as a customer, as I will continue to order from you in the future.  One bad experience is not enough for me to stop shopping with you.

Thank you for your time,

A concerned consumer
