Hello to all - I support your issues

Greetings from one who has been an advocate of good customer service for years. I have read many of the postings here with a chuckle as at one time or another I had a similar experience. Keep posting and keep telling the service providers that you are not happy with their service.

But let me also say that the grass is not greener somewhere else in the world. I am now living in a former Soviet block country of Latvia where the service level is the lowest that I have ever experienced in my entire life.

Worse yet even many of the younger people just don't understand that there could be a better way and that good customer service does not cost more.

I do see hope and have some interesting stories to share. Off line discussions welcomed as to not bore too many.
