Can anyone here get me some contact info for upper-level management at dell?

They sent my laptop with the incorrect built-in sound card, and are REFUSING to refund me for *only* the sound card that I did not get, after telling me yesterday that I could get a refund. (They're also being QUITE rude about it.) They also refuse to escalate me to their supervisor, and are trying to lie to me, telling me that it's only a software difference, which it is NOT.

I'm pretty upset about - as you can probably tell from this post...
