I asked suntrust in july if there was a way to turn OFF overdraft. I had a fraudlent charge, it overdrafted me and I was not pleased. They refunded me and then gave me a run around about if overdraft could be taken off. I never received an answer. Yesterday I saw a few more fraud charges. I am disputing but this has racked up 350 worth of nsf fees.... And at the bank today I asked about getting some of that corrected and the associate was incredibly rude and said it wasn't her problem.
I want to contact someone higher up but don't know who and can only find numbers that take me to a CSR who doesn't help me much either. Any suggestions?
