One of my coworkers had mentioned that he wasn't sure if he was going to Billy's Downtown Diner or LVIP, so I asked the ticket agent yesterday when I bought the tickets if it would be an issue. No biggie, he says. They both cost the same thing.
I get on the bus first, and notice that we're bypassing Nazareth. When we stopped at LVIP, I asked the driver if he had anyone to pick up at the diner, because someone with a ticket was waiting there.
No, this route doesn't stop there.
I show him the website on my phone.
No, that's not the schedule.
It -has- to be the schedule, because the only bus that -ever- picks up during the week in Wind Gap is this one.
No, I don't stop there.
So I call my friend. He walked the five blocks to the diner, so now he has to walk back five blocks, get his car, and drive the fifteen minutes over. The bus driver has a fit about waiting that long, so my friend decides not to go at all, and I vow to avenge his wasted $28.
The bus's actual stops? Wind Gap, LVIP, Cedar Crest, and Kuhnsville. Why have a schedule on your website when you don't adhere to it?
I plan to stop by the office tomorrow and raise quiet heck until I get a refund.
