Bad service started when I walked up to the counter to make a follow-up appointment. "No can do, my computer is down. Please call on Monday," she said helpfully.
OK, no biggie.
So, I did.
Now the fun begins- "Hello, I need to make a follow-up appointment. They couldn't do it friday, and they said to call you. I need to make it 3 weeks from today." I say.
"um, uh, huh, I need to put you on hold" says the lady.
I wait, and wait.
"I don't know how to fit you in here. I don't think I have that kind of authority...." she says.
"may I have your number?"
I provide her my number, and hang up. How strange.
EXCEPT THAT SAME DIALOGUE IN SOME WAY OR ANOTHER HAS OCCURED DAILY FOR THE LAST TWO WEEKS.
Put me through to the director of appointment making (or something) and she too, couldn't help me and took my phone number.
I have reached countless different people, whom all say they cannot make an appointment for me or don't have "the authority".
When I asked to speak to my doctor, I was rudely told that if I didn't have her private extension number, than no, I could not.
No less than four people have taken my phone number, and no one has attempted to call me.
I just want to make an appointment. Its now the 7th. I'm almost out of that 3 week time frame the doctor wished, and no one can help.
I'm so emotionally drained from calling, I'm just going to have my boyfriend take time out of work and go up there. I don't have time/money (Cause they are the same, you know) to go skipping up there, but obviously, I need to.
I've been nothing but polite and congenial, and they've been nothing but rude and downright stupid. I know I don't pay a single thing because I'm unemployed etc etc, but even if I'm not paying, can't you be nice? :(
