BOYCOTT URBAN OUTFITTERS.

Hi, I'm new. So, I ordered a bag from Urban Outfitters on Tuesday and got overnight shipping, thinking that hey, it'd be here on Thursday. Just in time for my trip to New York City on Friday. Well, I was wrong. It hasn't even been SHIPPED yet. Overnight shipping should mean what it says... overnight. I called their customer service and I got a rude woman who just kept saying "It takes 24 to 48 hours to ship." over and over, while I know that they ship right away a lot of the time because I've ordered there many times before.

But I'm not the only person having this problem. Many people have ordered from there lately and had slow shipping, rude customer service, and other problems. The service department is not helpful at all and they really need a kick in the ass.

Urban Outfitters truly has bad service.
