Today I went to purchase some glasses at my local Lens Crafters.
Apparently my taste isn't trendy enough for a chain eyeware shop.
I waited to be waited on for 45 minutes, to not only be laughed at by a sales associate, but she called other associates over to make fun of me. Apparently tortoise shell frames are no longer in style. Because of this uncalled for rudeness and immaturity I stormed out, and I forgot to get the names of the people working there.
I'm definitely writing a letter sending one copy to the head quarters and one copy to the branch I was at. Then I plan on never going there again and asking my family members to do the same.
