I ordered a new one, it was shipped out via Fed-ex and "delivered" to me on March 3th, according to Fed-ex tracking. This is, after going to two incorrect places first.
However, I've seen no sign of this headset. I decided ask the neighbors, thinking maybe it was delivered there, but it wasn't.
I call Fed-ex and they tell me there was no apartment number on the box and while it was delivered, the guy then came back and got it.
On March 4th I get a box from Fed-ex, but it's not my headset. I ask the driver about it and he doesn't know, tells me to call the number. So once again through the Fed-ex phone tree* I go.
This woman tells me she locates it on the drivers truck, but there's still no apartment number. I ask her if he can come back. She says no, but they will be sure to put the apartment number on the box.
On the 5th, still no box. I look online and it's located "At center for shipping" I call, I make sure the apartment number is on it.
On the 6th, still no box. Time to call again. Guess what? NO APARTMENT NUMBER according to the driver. The woman says, "But that doesn't make any sense, it's on there." She puts me on hold to see what she can do. She comes back and tells me I will get it today.
It's now 3:30pm, the Fed-ex guy was here and I still don't have a headset. What does Fed-ex tracking tell me?

I just... I don't even know what to do at this point. I'm afraid to call and go off on some innocent lady, who dared to pick up my call.
I would like to point out that the fed-ex phone tree is incredibly easy to navigate and the people I have dealt with have been very nice.
