Bad service from Peninsula Dog & Cat Clinic;

When someone schedules an appointment to have their cat fixed, does this automatically make you assume they've had it done before? Speaking as someone who's not savvy on technical procedures, if I call and you tell me to bring my cat in on THAT DAY, I don't really assume that means between 7 and 8 in the morning.

As someone who doesn't sleep well at night, this poses quite an issue with me, considering that's usually when I FALL ASLEEP, and you neglected to tell me WHEN to drop my cat off.

I'm glad you're going to try and fit me in anyhow on another day, but that really put a bad fucking taste in my mouth as far as your services go.

Next time, you might want to clarify WHAT TIME you need people to drop off their animals, because normal folks like me don't assume that their cat is going to be in and out of surgery within the next couple of hours. It's always been an overnight stay in the cases I remember.
