I love Boston Market. It is hella tasty, and luckily the one closest to me has a relatively low occurence of belly-rumblies (a lot of people I know don't eat Boston Market because they get sick later). I don't have that problem.
Last night I was tired...exhausted, completely. Mostly from lack of food (I had eaten half a sandwhich and two chicken fingers in the last 24 hours). I sent the boy to pick up dinner from the Boston Market nearby.
Only to get a call from said boy, because the Boston Market had run out of chicken. This would not be so annoying if it wasn't for the fact that this particular establishment has run out of chicken at least three times a week for the last month. Seriously. How do you continuously not order or prepare enough of the main sell? HOW? I could forgive it a couple of times. An unexpected rush, etc. But it has been happening too often. At that point, I just gave up and went to bed sans dinner, since I had been craving Boston Market chicken for a week straight, and nothing else sounded good.
I complained to corporate. But it just drives me crazy. How does a place that sells mainly CHICKEN fail that badly? You should know by now that you need more. Plan ahead, goddamnit!!
