I've never actually had steam come out of my ears, but I'm sure I was close to it...

This rant has a lot of history.

When I graduated from high school in 2004, I signed up for the BMG Music mailing thing. I got maybe 15 CDs from them, which I paid for, and then decided to cancel my account.

I cancelled my account on their website, which seemed to work for a few months. Then, all of a sudden, I started getting CDs from them again. I didn't know what to do because my mother was opening them! (gr) and I ended up having to pay $40.

I called them and emailed them and said, "Please stop sending me CDs." They said they would, and it stopped again.

A few months after that, they started sending me CDs (and bills) again. This time, I wrote in big black letters "REFUSED, RETURN TO SENDER!" This is what it says to do on the website.

Now, all of a sudden, some guy from a collection agency is calling me telling me I owe money from 2005, and if I don't pay it, it will be on my credit statement. I am so frustrated. I told him that I couldn't pay the statement and that I'd call BMG.

For some reason, I CANNOT find a contact number on the BMG website! Grrrr!
