Damn post office apparently attempted delivery of a registered mail item two weeks ago, 8:44am on a Saturday, left no slip saying they'd been here, and haven't attempted delivery again. (Separate b_s on the part of the ebay seller who never gave me shipping info/tracking number, but since it was coming from Israel, I gave it a little extra time before asking what was up, so it's partly my fault, but still.) But I've asked the other people who live here, who were all here that day, and we were awake, so they definitely didn't ring the bell. I'm not convinced that they actually came by. So I'm going to the post office first thing tomorrow in the hopes that it's still there.
