OK, NOT so bad service

Yesterday, I wrote a post in which I expressed frustration about a city's offices not answering their phone during regular hours.

Well, I saw in the paper this morning that Dave Roberts, one of their Council members, died suddenly of a heart attack yesterday morning while out jogging. (He was only 50.) They closed the office in tribute.

In that case, the City of Rancho Cordova is completely excused. I don't think this is a bad service issue after all, given the circumstances. :-/
