I just had a problem with AT&T; the short summary is that I lost my phone, and they refused to tell me where it was, even though they could have.

Question for you guys: how should I have handled this, if in any other way?
I try not to be a sucky customer - even when rather annoyed at what I'm being told, I always make a point to remain calm and polite, if firm. But I don't like being stonewalled or lied to.
Suggestions?
