Qwest update

2 1/2 weeks without DSL service. Apparently they now not only lost *our* account, but everybody else's too.

We were told that changing our service to another ISP would actually take longer.

We can't even talk to them any more. Their phone message now says "We value your call, but are unable to take it at this time" and then you get hung up on.


Really nice.

I'm so pissed off.
