Bad hair service

So I am not sure if this IS bad service or if I am just being irritated.

I went and had my hair cut and relaxed today at the beauty school. (It is nice, she knew what she was doing, and I was in and out of there within 3 hours which is great).
When I went to pay, I received sticker shock when I was told it was going to be $80.
Whenever I have ever gone before, a relaxer and a hair cut is about $55.
When I questioned why it was so much, I was informed that it was because the person who did my hair was an advanced student. I am glad she was and she did great but I was not informed that based on who did my hair it would cost more nor was I even told that it was going to cost more. I guess I was just suppose to know this before coming in?
Their website does list 3 different prices but the terms they use do not imply the experience of the beautician.

So. I am wondering if I should just let it go or if I should contact them since it was $25 more dollars than I was looking to spend.
