I'm not sure if this is bad service on Amazon's or UPS's part, but I had pre-ordered an item and it was supposed to be delivered today. I check the status updates, see where it started from and then throughout the day, I see that it's been switched back to the starting point with a status of "Exception" and something about the package being temporarily interrupted. I contacted UPS on it and they stated that it happens when the package isn't actually sent and they have to generate a status. So bad on Amazon's part for not sending it-- and bad on UPS for basically saying that the status update that I was following was fake. It's not like I needed the freaking thing today, but to lie about it really annoys me.
