I ordered some protein powder about 3 weeks ago. The shipper shipped via UPS. I got a notification from UPS that the package had been transferred to the post office. I go to my local post office. They don't have it. I call USPS and give them the tracking number. USPS claims they never actually received the package and can't tell me where it is and to call UPS. UPS says it's out of their hands as they show it was transferred to USPS. Called USPS back and tell me it's out of their hands--it was scanned but not physically transferred.
Am I just SOL or should I ask for a refund...maybe the shipper uses insurance? Is this something my bank might refund?
