Ameren Follow-up

Yesterday I called the bank to have them fax the checks over to Ameren. Guess what? THEY CAN'T FIND THE INFO! Awesome. 

Where did my money go? No one knows!
Ameren said "Ask the bank!"
The Bank said "Ask the post office!"
The Post Office said "Oh, looks like our mailperson hasn't been dropping mail off at your house! No idea about the checks though!" (We know! We've complained about that a lot! Especially because our mail stays out for 3-4 days at a time before someone comes around to pick it up!)

To say I'm mad is an understatement. So, we're just going to head over to our local market and pay everything off there, because it's real-time and Ameren can track it. And because fuck it. We don't want to put up with it anymore.
